This handcrafted cremation urn is made from solid metal and finished with a protective lacquer coating to ensure long-lasting shine and durability. Created using a traditional sand-casting technique, each urn is unique and built with care.

The ashes are securely placed into the base of the urn by removing the bottom screws. The urn holds up to 200 cubic inches of cremated remains — suitable for someone who weighed up to 200 pounds prior to cremation.

The red Mickey Ball Décor is sold separately and serves as a charming topper that rests freely on the urn base. Featuring beloved designs inspired by Disney and Pixar, this decorative accent transforms the urn into a meaningful tribute, especially for fans of classic animated films. The final look is both heartfelt and whimsical, reminiscent of a cherished collectible or commemorative display.

SHIPPING:

- Non-engraved items usually ship same business day if order is placed by 2pm central standard time. 
- Engraved items will ship one business day after the proof approval has been received. 
Ships from the Midwest.
- Items with custom brass plates or appliques will come with them packaged separately in the box, to reduce chances of scuffing and damage while in transit.
- We are not responsible for late shipping due to weather delays and cannot refund shipping charges due to inclimate weather.
- Please expect delivery to take approximately 2-4 weeks for out of stock items.

RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

- If you are not happy with the product, or if the product is damaged upon arrival, please contact us and report the issue within 7 days of product arrival.
- You will receive a refund after the product is shipped back to us. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. 
- Once a product is used (ashes inserted into the urn) or engraved directly upon we can not accept returns, due to the personal nature of the products. 
- We can issue refunds for items with engraved plates (i.e. wooden boxes), but we cannot refund the plate amount, due to the personal nature of the item. This includes hanging tags as well.
- We cannot take returns or issue refunds on urns with direct engraving.
- Unfortunately we cannot send return labels to Canada
